A Collaborative Invitation for Organizations That Uplift Strong Women, that deserve to be celebrated!

- Paper Doll Joe Jaber 2:58
Thank you for your interest in Joe Jaber and Paper Doll.
This project is about more than just a song. We want to honor the stories, struggles, and strength of women everywhere, and to invite you and your community to be a part of it. Detroit Music Award nominated singer-songwriter Joe Jaber has written a powerful anthem called Paper Doll. Inspired by the strong women in his life, his mother, sister, and friends, Paper Doll is a song about the resiliency of the female spirit, women who love and live courageously. It’s about women who are raw and real, faith-filled and flawed, strong in their softness. Women who refuse to be broken by circumstance, and rise every time they’re knocked down.
“She don’t need a man, she earns.”
“She’ll rise above it all.”
“She’ll never be a paper doll.”
We are currently producing a professionally filmed music video that will feature real women from our communities, nominated by organizations who uplift and serve them. Filming will take place at CenterPeace Healing in Farmington and other Michigan-based locations.
We are inviting your organization to:
- Nominate 1-3 women you feel embody the message of the song
- Support the project through sharing, sponsorship, or participation
- Be credited in the final video and launch materials
- Fundraiser opportunities for your organizations with a live performance
- Open to other ideas that fit your goals/needs
We believe this collaboration could help uplift your work, amplify your stories, and connect us through something powerful and lasting.
Please let us know if you’d like to be involved. We’ll follow up with the nomination form and further details. Please call or email Joe with the contact information provided below.
With gratitude,
Joe Jaber
